“If I could give 100 stars I would! Put your phone down right now and go try 603 barbecue for yourself. Just go, you won’t regret it! The tenderest most flavorful brisket I have ever had, Smokey, sweet and spicy Texas Twinkie, and a tried and true delicous piece of cornbread to round out the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Sorry, there was no time for pictures. Why are you still here? Go.“

“The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was AMAZING, one of the best I’ve had! My daughter who is pretty picky on her pulled pork absolutely loved the pulled pork sandwich. The fries were delicious also. First time here but definitely not the last!“

“I wanted to update my review, I spoke with the kitchen manager John today and after speaking with him I am ready to give this establishment another try and put the misunderstanding behind us. I appreciate him reaching out to me and not only listening to my complaints but found a more than fair resolution. If the food is half as good a John's customer service I'm sure it will be great. Thanks again for reaching out!“

“Excellent food and service. Been coming here since the 80’s. Yes it changed hands but was purchased by long time employees. Best roast beef and seafood around“
“Best gyro I’ve ever had! Stopped in because I saw it on the road and figured the small places are usually good. My expectations were swiftly met and surpassed! The man behind the counter was cordial and welcoming. We had a nice conversation and he came over to offer me complimentary baklava once I sat down! Truly great service paired with unearthly food. You won’t want to skip this lunch spot!“

“I use to go to Belmont once a week. The food is fantastic. In the last 3 years, I have developed a gluten allergy. They have food that is gluten friendly but not gluten-free. I have to be very careful of what I order knowing some cross contamination may occur. This was my first visit in years and the food was still great“

“Whoever took and/or packed our To-Go order at about 630 on 9/6/24 deserves an immediate promotion or raise. I asked for "an obscene amount of honey mustard, charge me extra, I don't care" and they absolutely delivered! Thank you!!!“

“My son took me here for my Birthday last night. The food was far better than I was expecting. We both had the Prime Rib and it was tender, melt in your mouth goodness. The service was excellent, and the Line dance, by the staff, in the aisle was a great addition. I have eaten in a lot of steak houses in the Southwest and this ranks with the best. Great Job, I will be back.“

“The steaks were excellent as well as the service. The only issue we had was that it was very noisy especially when there was a birthday celebration several tables away from us. Otherwise it was a great experience.“

“My wife and I arrived at the 110 Grill in Concord NH. on a Friday afternoon. We were seated immediately. The atmosphere was inviting. We looked at the menus and then waited an extended period of time for the waitress to return for a drink order. She finally returned for the order ( a cranberry margarita and a beer). When the drinks arrived my wife it was the wrong drink and tasted like pure soda water. She did get a new one but it was just a different color. The appetizer was a flatbread pizza that was very good. We both ordered Cheese burgers with fries and sweet potato fries. The fries were cold both burgers were dry and over done.“

“If I had to choose one final meal, forget the fancy steakhouses, forget the five-star restaurants, just drop me off at Big Kahuna’s, hand me a full rack of their ribs, and let me go out like a legend.
These ribs? So tender, a gentle breeze could dislocate the meat from the bone. So juicy, I had to tilt my head like a dog drinking out of a hose just to keep from drowning in that Caribbean BBQ sauce. And speaking of that sauce, sweet, smoky, and possibly infused with the tears of angels. If I had a time machine, I'd use it to go back and experience my first bite again.
For sides, I went with cornbread and smashers, not because I expected much, but because I needed something to soak up the pure joy leaking from my soul. The smashers? Absolute sleeper hit. Crispy, buttery, and honestly, they paired so perfectly with the ribs that I started getting jealous. Like, maybe they should get a room and leave me out of it.
And the vibes? Peak. Coming from the frozen North, stepping into Big Kahuna’s felt like I had been granted one last vacation before the great beyond. Palm trees? Check. Warm, smoky air? Check. Pieter, the owner, making sure my experience was flawless? Absolute king. That man cares about his food and his people, if he ever runs for office, he’s got my vote.
So yeah, if you find yourself in Hooksett and you DON’T stop at Big Kahuna’s, just know you’ve failed your ancestors. These ribs are legendary. If I could trade my last remaining good kidney for another rack, I absolutely would.“
