Went to subway in Hooksett today in the Shaws Plaza. The service was exceptional. Sha'tell made perfects subs and the rolls were fresh and tasty. She has excellent customer service skills and because of this were surely will return. Thank you Sha'tell!
The guy that usually works in here, I believe his name is Joe, seems very angry. Every time I go in I feel like I am bothering him. He makes my sub, I'm not saying he doesn't do his job. It just seems like he would rather get a root canal than speak. Most I work with won't go there because of him.

I’ve had such a “mixed bag” with Subway locations in the past that I stopped going to them. I recently have been stopping at this location because it’s close to my work. The ingredients are always fresh and the location is always super clean. It’s honestly the best Subway I’ve ever been to. I plan to continue getting food there on a regular basis!
