Bread was stale. Veggies didn't look fresh.
no wifi..i needed to communicate with family about what to order- horrible...then was building a sub,turns out no onions left- NOT EVEN EXTRA just in case... really pissed me off after no cell service; how freakin difficult is it for someone who owns or manages a sandwich shop, TO ANTICIPATE DAILY NEEDS!??... The Hooksett Shaws Plaza branch provides exceptional service, with perfect subs and fresh rolls made by staff like Sha'tell, who excels in customer service. Bugs are kept away by closing the sandwich station when not in use.
