“Great margaritas flow freely at California Burritos Mexican Grill in Hudson. Rebranding to “Cali B” and doubling the facility in size by acquiring the neighboring unit has done quite nicely for them, and they have upped their game remarkably since first opening about 10 years ago. That said, Cali B is not quite the traditional Mexican restaurant featuring creative culinary cuisine. And that’s fine; it’s not supposed to be. It’s more like a large step above a Moe’s or a Chipotle, with a full bar, plenty of TVs to watch sports, nice atmosphere, and generally better food and food options. Very much recommended.“

“Absolutely delicious! I kept it simple, being my first time: a burrito bowl with yellow rice, black beans, chicken, queso, mild salsa (it was verde), cilantro, smoked corn, and tomatoes. Everything was so flavorful and fresh! I almost wish I tried it on a burrito or taco, but bowls are so much easier. The woman chopping the chicken was so efficient. It was cool watching her. “OH. SO. AMAZING!!! Husband is about to have a long week at work, so while I'm not a huge fan of Mexican, he is, so I found this place. Yelp reviews actually gave it 4.5 of total revierws. It's in a building that was previously a Wendy's. It's really cool how they renovated it without taking down walls. A lot to look at, with some great contemporary touches! We were greeted at the door and so welcomed in! Our server was there right away and extremely attentive to us. Our food came quickly and was SO delicious, even our son's chicken fingers and my flautas were amazing! So many different flavors and all the flavors were so savory and cooperated beautifully together. It was a real experience! Husband's fajitas were delicious as well, and his margarita was so good, with a generous pour! The manager or owner was also very friendly and attentive. If he isn't the owner, he treated us like he was. Such hospitality! Other employees also assisted the server and were friendly and fun. Even called me "senorita" (and I'm a less than young mom 😄 So sweet!) Even the churros came with delish whipped cream and fried ice cream. What a surprising treat!“

My daughter’s plate from the kids menu even looked delicious, and she enjoyed every bite. The people that work there are always so friendly and always smiling too. Its a great place for lunch!“

“I got a single beef taquito and it was like beefy gold inside a rolled tortilla. Everything looked clean and wonderfully fresh- staff was putting fresh food out during my order. The staff seems extremely friendly- a homeless man was ordering at the time that I was waiting for my taquito and he mentioned that he only had $2 on him but the girl in the front gave him a full plate of food anyways. It was very nice seeing how generous they were to him. I will definitely be going here again to try everything on the menu!“

The cheesy fries and [REAL] tacos are awesome and you get your money's worth.Some of the stuff is upcharged quite a bit, but almost all of those little convenience stores do that. It is $29 but easily feeds 2-3 people. It was delicious, so flavorful! I highly recommend people try it. I hope it will become a permanent addition to the menu!! “I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before heading there. Yesterday was the first time at this location. I've ate in Chelmsford and Littleton before. All experiences have been great. Had a bowl and it was good super yummy. It is expensive the bowl of queso was $5.99 and if I didn't have a free reward would have never tried it. The chips provided for each order were overflowing. I can't wait to return to try something new.
