“Great little general store. Some local jams, syrup, etc. Great place to stop for lunch, with a dining area where you can watch the x-country skiers in the winter. Food was great! We had Avacado toast, Ham & Swiss on sourdough, jerk chicken wrap, and a Pastrami & Swiss on Rye. All were delicious!“
“We had trails end ice cream provide an ice cream truck at our wedding!! We loved it so much and Nancy was awesome! All our guests loved the special touch and Nancy even brought an extra fall pumpkin flavor free of charge. She let the bride and groom go inside the ice cream truck to take pictures! Highly recommend if you are looking for an ice cream truck for your wedding! One of the best parts of the night.“

“It was our first time to this restaurant although we frequently come to the area. Our waitress was Addie. She was exceptional, kind, attentive, personable and efficient. Our food was outstanding and we cannot wait to come back next time we are here! Our kids loved how their pictures made the menu covers!!“

“Great food but I had an issue with online ordering process, it defaulted to the wrong item. Would not correct the issue and failed to make right.“

“Surprised and impressed. Our sandwiches were delicious! I did have to try the fried whole belly clams. First time here so I wasn't ready to commit to it as my meal. But wow! They were tender, sweet and delicious!! And ridiculously well priced. Only thing wrong was I ordered the small size. Waitstaff was sweet. Definitely worth it. Super small inside, but we were helped right away. Thank you. It was wonderful!“

“We’ve driven by Almost There many times. The parking lot is always packed. But to our surprise they had more than ample seating inside and out. We opted for the Thursday special of fish & chips, which was lightly breaded Yankee style haddock. Two fish & chips for $23.99 (regular price $17.99 each) From the time we walked in and had no waiting (at 630pm) to our amazing service. The food was definitely delicious. Yes great seafood in the mountains 😊. Since it is just 40 minutes (pretty much normal timing) to this restaurant we will definitely be back to try out much more of their menu.“

“We had 12 people(kids of all ages and parents) go on Journey to the North Pole . We were on a schedule. I ordered online earlier in the day to pick up at 7:00pm. They called after i put the order in to make sure of my order. We picked up the order. OMG BEST PIZZA we had in a long time!!!!!everyone loved it!!! When we go back to North Conway this will be a MUST!!! Friendly, professional, pizza to perfection. I would recommend the chicken nugget and fries as well!!!!“
“After getting a flat tire and delaying our arrival to the hotel. Kerri, the restaurant manager was able to move our reservation out an hour. We arrived just in time but wanted to have a chance to freshen up. She was sweet enough to give us a few minutes to run up to our room and do just that! The wonderful service started there! The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the service was faster than expected for a busy Saturday night. The live pianist was a wonderful bonus! We will definitely be back!“

“Great food and drinks. The BEST New England Haddock Chowder. Rooms at the Inn could use some updating but are clean and comfy. Only issue is if your room is on the 3rd floor you have to haul your luggage up stairs. Our room was heated with a gas wood stove which kept the room warm but very dry. We had to buy a pot to put water in and sit on the stove to help with the dryness. This is an older rustic place and very traditional to the area so keep that in mind when booking. There is no mini fridge, microwave or coffee in the room. However, coffee and tea are always available down in the restaurant for guests. Loved our stay while there and the food was delicious.“

“We have stayed in just about every country inn and bed and breakfast in the Jackson/Intervale area, and had wanted to try something different not in the heavily trafficked area of North Conway, so we booked one just one night in the Stonehurst Manor in NH's "shoulder season." Avid xc skiers and outdoors people, this time we were just going north for a quick getaway in search of fine dining (a rarity in central NH right now) and comfortable, high-end lodging. Stonehurst Manor was a 5-star experience for the dining and library tavern, but just a 2-star experience for the room. The food and service from check-in to check-out is spectacular and definitely worth the price that we paid. The time spent in the tavern before dinner was some of the best "quality time, " we'd had in the White Mts this year. However, the room we booked (10), looked nothing like the ones I researched on the web site. I knew we weren't booking the most luxurious room, and that we'd have to go outdoors to get to the main building, but with a name like "manor, " and photos that showed wing chairs and a nice decor even in the Mountainview building for the all-inclusive price, I was shocked when we opened the door at the end of long walkway overlooking the grounds and another hotel on the Main Street. Room 10 is Spartan, to say the least and not worthy of being included in a place with the name "manor, " or described as an "inn." The only furnishing that is true to the description on the web site is the four-poster bed that appears to be a cheap knock-off that creaked with every move one of us made during the night. The mattress was comfortable, and the water hot in the 1970s era tub bathroom. All the furniture was "worn, " with nicks, and any decor sad in the depressingly monotone room. That all said, "Will we return?" Yes, because the dining and the ambience in the manor, itself, is worth it, but we won't be booking an economy "Mountainview" room. (Btw, you have to go outside to see "the mountain" through the trees. We had a better view of the maintenance building.)“

“The service and food were both top notch! The open face wagyu was absolutely delicious! We had two little ones with us and very accommodating staff. The food was ready quickly and served piping hot. Absolutely one of our favorite go to places now.“
