“Another fabulous evening spent celebrating the creativity, food, service and atmosphere at THE. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome in the cozy space. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the dishes and the true farm to table, local, organic, method of preparation that goes into each bite. The menu is carefully crafted with what’s in season and uses the most local ingredients available. Tonight we had the artisanal cheeseboard (added chorizo, pesto and gluten free crackers) which we enjoyed with quince paste, whole grain mustard, pickled beets, cheddar, drunk Alice, and a blue. Perfect and just enough for 4. The farm fresh duck egg with polenta and tomato jam was cooked perfectly and a rich bite. We also had the roasted butternut squash and fennel soup which was velvety and smooth and the croutons offered a nice crunch! For entrees we had the homemade Creste di Gallo carbonara which was a light veggie forward version and delicious! We also had the chicken cacciatore over jasmine rice. The chicken was cooked perfectly and still moist with great flavor from the veg. For dessert we enjoyed a French press decaf, vanilla bean ice cream and the beignets with ALL the sauces! To die for! Our servers Zoe and Caitlin were wonderful, attentive but not hovering..it is an experience to dine here and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you Thompson House Eatery, Chef Jeff and family!“

“We went for lunch. Our server was Paul. The nicest man. He ran to give me my jacket I left on the back of my chair. He also ran outside but we had gone because my friend left her credit card on the table. We turned around went back and Paul was so professional and sweet. He was so happy we came back to pick up the credit card. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was amazing. Nice and bright and clean.“

“Iconic area for coffee and ancillary goods. Very friendly staff willing to take extra measures to ensure customers receive quality products and service.Management recently posted some rules of Internet Etiquette. These are necessary to maintain a friendly environment particularly when common courtesy is an afterthought. And, I appreciate the message indicating the consequences of violations. Quite simply, the offender will be summarily uninvited. Good!“

“Rapper Review!Being an lifelong Everett resident and your esteemed local guide I have to say, my guys from Everett have a special place here. They have the freshest food locally sourced and made right in the White Mountains. They have vegetarian options for those who live that lifestyle and a big menu of all different types of burgers! If you are in the area you should definitely go check this place out. Inside and outside sitting areas with plenty of parking.“

“My husband and I had a great meal. He had veal parm, it melted in your mouth. I had chicken picata, yummy. The penne pasta in both meals was al dente. The meals came with a nice side salad with italian dressing and fresh bread with great dipping oil. If you love Italian food and are in North Conway this is the place to go. Reservations recommended as they are verrrry popular.?“

“Really great restaurant in the center of North Conway. We had the meatball sandwich and ravioli and chicken parm dishes, plus off menu mocktails the waitress suggested which were delicious. Don't skip the cookie skillet dessert if they have it on special. No reservations so you may have to wait but worth if.“
“Came here to celebrate my Vegan-niversy with some sweets -- so incredibly worth the drive out. Also got the buffalo wrap and it was a great combination of spicy and cool -- very well proportioned protein to veggie ratio and filling. But what REALLY takes the cake (pun intended) are the vegan baked goods! Got a s'mores bar and a raspberry bar: Only eaten the former thus far, and it was AMAZIING. Not a bad bite to be had - good size, not sickly sweet, and super satisfying with fabulous flavor. The only potential con (I was fine because I was in no hurry) is to be prepared for a wait -- especially if you order in person. There's only one lady and she's amazing, but she can only do so much. Be patient -- it's Worth it!“

“Good food a bit on the higher price scale. We have eaten most of the items at one time or another and have liked them all. They have a large wall of beer varieties and will give you a taste of any of them. We usually eat on of the appetizers for our meal.“

“The pictures are correct, this place is kitschy as hell.. in the best way! We enjoyed looking at all the knick knacks along every wall and in every corner. So much personality! There was one server for the whole room (yes, it's a room, with a hand full of tables. Quite cozy. You'll get to know your neighbor ?) She did a phenomenal job! My only complaint is that the food had next to zero flavor. Presentation was nice though!“

“HOLY COW! Talk about one of the BEST eateries in the North Conway area! We both ate BLTs and holy moly it was amazing. Everything bagel? More like YUMMY bagel!!! Plus: Sourdough bagels should be a thing everywhere. The service was great, it felt like everyone in this store knew each other. We played all the bagel games on the tables. I won. *Charlotte rolls her eyes* Apple juice. No gen-z screen-agers in sight (except us). I want to live in this store and work here and in general I feel so happy and inspired and I have a renewed outlook on life. This review was left by the Charlotte and Jake review.“

“Counter ordered, and it takes quite a while to get your order even when it's not busy. The food is worth the wait. I'm not sure why it takes so long. It could be just like everyone else, short staffed. The market and shop are very unique ?. It's a must visit.“

“Such a pleasant surprise to see that many plant-based options are offered here. I ordered the vegan saco breakfast sandwich and loved it (the guac is such a nice touch). The latte I ordered was also exquisite, and definitely the best coffee I tried while in North Conway. Impressive quality overall!“

“Lovely home style breakfast fare, well prepared and served at amazing speed even though it was crowded. Seems like a family affair and all staff lovely. The Jesus pulpit was a bit unusual; but guess if it’s your restaurant you can decorate however you want. Back yard that the lovely deck area looks out could use some loving.“

“We were seated immediately upon arrival so there was no wait time. Our waiter was very attentive, the order was taken and arrived in a short amount of time. All the meals were delicious and fair portions for the price. One of the people in our party, when the bill arrived, questioned the price of the loaded baked potato which had been added to a kids meal. $7.50 for a baked potato was rather excessive and the menu indicated that the addition was $1.50 or $2.00. No accommodation or adjustment was offered. The person that questioned it suggested that the menu be changed to be more accurate regarding addition or substitution items. Other than that, the meal was good and we will eat at a 99 in the future!Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu along with coloring sheets and crayons!“

“Excellent "real" pizza with a delicious thinner style crust and an explosion of Italian flavor in every bite. In all honesty, I love all kinds of pizza - including the big chains - but Via takes hand crafted pizza to another level with a sense of old country authenticity that my whole family noticed. We had the safe/classic Margherita done extremely well, but the menu options sound pretty wild if you're in the mood. Bravo to Via Roma!“

“Tacos are really good, beans and rice not good. Service is pretty good. Unfortunately for the very high price point they need to up their game. Overall it's good for a quick lunch. Just wish the rice and beans had the same character as the tacos.“

“Did not realize that they had a dining room. Ordered takeout. Said it’d be ready in 15-20 minutes on a Friday night, reasonable timeframe IMO. Ordered spring rolls and the house Thai noodles. VERY tasty. Would definitely order again the next time I’m in the mood for ThaiParking: Only about 5-7 parking spacesKid-friendliness: When I picked up the takeout, there was a family dining in with young kidsWheelchair accessibility: No stairs“

“Our lunch experience at J-Town Deli Country Store was nothing short of exceptional! The Pesto Chicken wrap was a savory delight, bursting with flavor. The cozy ambiance added to the charm of our dining experience, making it a perfect break during our vacation in Jackson, NH.Beyond the delightful meal, the local country store was a treasure trove. We discovered unique gems like local kombucha and bottled water, enhancing our stay. The selection of local products was impressive, and we couldn't resist bringing home some souvenirs – local Maple Wine, Maple syrup, and Maple popcorn. Each item was a flavorful piece of Jackson to share with our family.J-Town Deli Country Store truly made our visit memorable, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. We look forward to returning and exploring more of the culinary delights this charming spot has to offer!“
