This place is hit or miss. I stopped today for an iced coffee. Every time I get one, the cup is completely full of ice. Sometimes it’s so full of ice, I can’t get the straw into the cup. So this time I asked for less ice. The person making my coffee filled the cup up halfway with ice. When I asked if I could have it made with less ice, a woman started scooping the ice cubes out with a spoon. When I asked if she could remake my coffee, she rolled her eyes at me. This is the best Dunkin I have been to. The crew there are amazing! There are times where the store is really busy which is why others might say the service is slow. This is my go to Dunkin.
We stop here about once a month. We use the app to pre-order so it is ready when we arrive. That way, our coffee is not scalding hot. The past several times, they have not had the items we ordered. Some items they don't usually have, according to them, but are on the app menu. No midnight coffee twice in the past 2 visits, which were 2 weeks apart. They wait until we arrive to fill the coffee order, which defeats our purpose of being able to drink the coffee with our other items....read full review
