“I was hopeful that this place would be fun because the reviews seemed good. Our server was great. Super friendly. We were sat right away. BUT, we went there based on the band description and the reviews on the "night life". What a disappointment!! We honestly didn't even bother to wait for the band to start playing because the room was filled with geriatrics!!!! Not 1 person even close to our age. And the bathroom was disgusting!!! That says a LOT about the owners. They seemed nice but were too busy chatting it up to address the bathroom issues. I might give it 1 more try next summer when we can hang out outside. Not a great night life kind of place for younger people but the food was good. It's an in and out kind of place IMO. I was looking for someplace FUN to hang out for a while after dinner! This just wasn't it.“

“Great hidden spot to eat. We went with a friend and it was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress was awesome, she suggested the cauliflower pizza, at first I was skeptical, but she highly recommended it. I'm not gluten-free and loved it. It was more like a thin crust pizza and I would get it again for sure. My husband had a chicken wrap with sweet potato fries, which the wrap was good, fries were great. Our friend had steak tips with mashed potatoes and broccoli, she enjoyed it and the portion size was generous where she had leftovers. Our waitress didn't rush us ans told us we could wait out the severe thunderstorm happening even after our bill was paid. Great place with exceptional service!“

“Jamison's in Hampstead, NH for a few pints & one of the biggest most badass burgers I have had in months. What ended up being a great recommendation from a friend, it was near the other spot I had planned for the day so I figured I'd swing through. I had passed this place in my travels plenty of times, but had never seen it from the road since it was a little tucked back. The tap list here was great as well for a small tavern, not the largest amount of taps, although it was really diverse with styles. They had some New England staples like FIDDLEHEAD IPA from Fiddlehead Brewing Company, THE SUBSTANCE from Bissell Brothers, CLOUD CANDY IPA from Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co. & more. They had everything from lagers, pilsners & pale ales to IPA's, sours & stouts, but let's get into the three pints I grabbed. 🍻🍻🔥☘

I started off with a pint of the BELGIAN WHITE from Blue Moon Brewing Company. I was feeling like a witbier & it was on special for $5 so why not. I then moved onto a couple beers I hadn't had starting with the LAWN BOY Pale Lager from Tilted Barn Brewery. I'm a big fan of pale lagers & this one was as delicious of a example of the style as you can get. My final pint was THE PERFECT SLICE IPA from Belleflower Brewing, these guys usually kill the IPA game & this was another solid hoppy & fruity offering. 🍻🍺🔥❄☘

Now let me tell you about one of the sexiest burgers I've seen in recent memory, The Slaughterhouse. It was a hefty piece of fried chicken, cheeseburger, bacon & maple fig glaze on a house roll. I had to press it down & compact it just to get a proper bite of this beast. At a whopping $28 it was well worth it, I didn't eat anything for thirty-two hours after just to allow my body time to recover. The bar here was pretty big & the dining room had plenty of seating options including hightops & tables with a big projector screen for sports and events. There was a function hall attached for big parties as well. The bartender was super friendly & accommodating & the whole place had a simple, but chill vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a new cool spot, cheers!

“Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner here. Everything was awesome! Chicken wings, shrimp Alfredo and chicken pot pie was all sooo good. Dinner rolls were to die for. However, the highlight of the evening was our awesome waiter Aaron! So polite, funny and attentive, even recommended a dessert (Mississippi mud pie) which did not disappoint!“

“Cool place. Not what you expect when you walk in. Pretty good bar menu and the food we ordered was very good. Rumor has it it gets busy at night as there are dart boards and a pool table and it's the last place in town to close. Owner says a lot of new items will soon be added to the menu. All in all I will be back for sure. If you are not into the hectic nightlife it is still a great place to get a quick bite at the bar.“
