Customer service at guest services was amazing , had issues with equipment and they made sure I was able to use my pass another day very class act. The tuning/PRO shop first level , very disappointed in you not fixing my boot when the BOA lace broke. How do you not have that piece of equipment when you literally sell BOA boots and BOA sends the equipment free of charge to replace. Very frustrating. Killed the whole day . First time I've skied in 2 years! Got my skiis waxed and tuned and took a digger on the first run! Oops! And it snowed on Monday about 4 " , so the conditions were primarily packed powder with some hard pack. It was 25° with hardly any wind. And above average New England ski day. They've added a lot of terrain over the years. I hadn't been there in 20 years. I've never ridden on a 8-pack chair with a bubble. Very fast! Unfortunately the newest terrain wasn't open yet. We really enjoyed our two days at the Loon Mountain resort. As someone who is brand new to skiing, I have to give a shoutout to Ed, my private ski instructor. He was so patient and helpful today. Last night, we went tubing which was also a lot of fun. I would definitely return to Loon!
