The Profile Dining Room offers a mixed dining experience with a focus on excellent food. Dishes like the Mac and Cheese, Chicken Salad, baby back ribs, chicken parmesan, classic burger, and coconut shrimp highlight the menu. While the service can be inconsistent, with some customers experiencing long waits, others have praised the friendly and accommodating staff. The atmosphere stands out, featuring a spectacular view and relaxing music, making it a pleasant dining spot. The restaurant is noted for its great buffet options, which many find to be a steal for the price. However, diners with dietary restrictions may find the menu limited at times. Despite some challenges, the dining room remains a popular destination, combining culinary delights with scenic vistas, and is especially recommended for events like Easter brunch.
