“We just had my son’s 5th birthday and everyone loved his Spiderman cake! It was delicious and it was beautiful! I highly recommended Bittersweet Bake Shoppe for custom cakes and their pasties too!“

“I have been here a bunch of times. Cookies are really good but really sweet so most people (like myself) can't have more than a few bites at a time. I think the creativity of the cookies switching up each week is cool along with them having a wide selection like the cakes, ice cream, and the warm and cold cookies. The smell in the shop as well is nice with a cookie smell. The cookies are almost always warm when we get them. If you have the app, you get rewards as well which is nice. I think the only reason why it is a 4 star and not 5 is because some of the cookies taste the same and way to sweet for the average human.“

“I tried a Wednesday Night Dinner for the first time and they hit it out of the park. Stuffed pork tenderloin, butternut squash, spinach salad and Parker House rolls. Dessert was their delicious cookies. Generous portions. Reminded me of Mom's Sunday dinners.“

“Overall have had a excellent experiences at crumble. However just got the Oreo cheesecake cookie this week8/2/24. It did not taste anything like Oreo or cheesecake. We ended up throwing them away they were so bad. Likely just a bad batch as every video I’ve seen of others look completely different

The strawberry milkshake cookies were fantastic(no pictures of these as they did not last 10 seconds once the box was opened). Not deterring us from coming back but wanted to make sure the issue was known!

Anything below a 5 star for the food is criminal but everything else I guess depends on preference. Service is very friendly but when I ordered online once the guy there didn't even see the receipt with the order ?

She mailed us our tasting cupcakes, which was amazing since we live over 2 hours away. “I recently tried the Jumbo Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Peanut Butter Cup from the Manchester Craft Market, and I have 3 words: Oh. My. God. This was easily the best combination of chocolate and peanut butter that I have ever experienced. Soft chocolate that actually lets you bite through it without crumbling everywhere, super creamy almost whipped style peanut butter, NOT super sugary and dry like most. It was the best qualities of each that you could ask for, with just the right amount of salt to bring the flavor forward. Also, it’s huge, so you can skip your next meal. If this is your combo and you have not tried this gem from Sweet Treats, you are not living your best life yet.“

“Honestly, absolutely the best bakery in the area. It is definitely expensive but not more expensive than most baked goods at bakeries nowadays. Everything I’ve gotten here (cakes for special occasions AND random treats picked up on a whim) have been beautiful and delicious. Of course there are batches that are moister vs drier but I really enjoy Frederick’s creations overall. Worth the premium for me compared to grocery store baked goods!“

“There are a lot of wonderful things to say about Buckley’s Cafe, but this is a recommendation and plug for their heat and eat meals. We’ve been picking up a couple most every week for those nights when we can’t face cooking, but don’t want to go out. Our favorite is the Chicken Parmesan - the chicken is moist and tender, and the breading and sauce are well seasoned. We also enjoy the short rib ravioli, tenderloin tips, and lasagna. We’ve also grabbed a sandwich and salad for those times we want to eat light.“
