“Located in downtown Manchester, this small restaurant has a lot of personality. The bar was spacious with most tables understandably empty on a Monday afternoon. Our nachos were nothing to brag about, but my friend’s tuna appetizer looked amazing. We were both pleased with the cocktail menu and our selections. “My son and I decided to check out this new restaurant-so glad we did! We were seated at a high table in the bar area. I really like the atmosphere at Foundation. Our servers were very pleasant and helpful with our questions. Being craft beer drinkers, we were pleased with the selection. In fact, I was delighted to be able to enjoy a pint of Wormtown's Blizzard of 78-one of my favorite winter brews. There is a full bar. Rob & I shared all the food we ordered so we could sample a wide variety. All were excellent. We had Braised Short Ribs, Arancini, Pecan Pear Salad, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and still had room to share a Snickers Dessert. Since we were sharing, all of our selections came out from the kitchen split, which was a nice touch. I am looking forward to returning to Foundation kitchen + bar in the near future.“

Kelly who helped get the event squared away and Kelly who was our bartender were both incredibly kind and helpful. The space is beautiful, clean and modern. “New to the area, went to AJ's for the first time yesterday afternoon 2/8/24. Bartender Lauren couldn't be more charming and helpful. She approved our choice of a large Ck'n Bacon Ranch Pizza which was delicious and more than me and my GF could finish. I'd like to see them add a small green salad (around $6) as compared to the giant one listed on the menu for $11.75 but appeared on our check for $13.75 (just an update that hasn't been adjusted on the menu, I'm sure). Nice crisp, fresh draft beer with happy hour prices. We're definately going back.“

“Drove by this place a bunch of times called my cousin and figured we'd give it a shot. The place was packed there was live music going and the crowd had a locals only vibe. But nobody said anything. The service was good. They had rum Thursdays so I got a cwpyian and coke for 5 bucks! Also for a first time newcomer get the rodeo burger, it might be the best burger I've had in the last 10 years. Worth the stop.“
