“I had my son's graduation party yesterday, July 12, 2025. I rented out their space behind the bar at an affordable price. I worked closely with the General Manager, Jamison Colcord. He was wonderful to work with during the planning stage as well as the day of the event. He even got there an hour before the event, so I could put up decorations. The staff members that were assigned to assist my party were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. If I ran out of food, Jamison and the staff did everything they could to get me the additional food I needed for my guests (I had 13 teenagers to feed :). They took care of boxing the leftover food and cleaning the space after the party was over. My friends and family who attended the party said that they didn't know Margarita's rented out space and said the food and the party were wonderful. I would definitely rent the space again for an opportunity to work with Jamison and the staff again at Margarita's on Elm Street in Manchester, NH.“

Service is simple, order at truck, get your food eat and then pay. It's unique that they take payments after you eat.They have outdoor seating that is covered so you can still get your tacos in the elements. “My Husband and I have been wanting to try this resturaunt since they opened. We Yesterday about 1.5 hr after they opened. It was not busy but the waiter and waitress was great and the service was timely.

Our food was wonderful! It came out fresh and hot. We ordered a margarita flight, peach, mango, strawberry, and tamarind which all were delicious and the flight is certainly affordable!

“Everyone that works here is always polite and friendly. The food is really good, although the black beans are a little dry. The cheesy fries and [REAL] tacos are awesome and you get your money's worth.Some of the stuff is upcharged quite a bit, but almost all of those little convenience stores do that. It is pretty cramped in there because of the shelves full of product so there isn't much room to move around.It's nice having this little market close by so you can run in and get something to eat or order your food over the phone.I do wish they'd put a full menu picture or list online so that you could see everything they offer. “California Burritos Hudson. Nh in Hudson, NH for a few beers, nachos & a big ass burrito. Not your typical beer spot by any means, but I was told that they had a decent craft beer selection at the bar so when I was craving something from south of the border I figured I'd check it out. I know there is multiple locations with spots in Manchester & Nashua, NH as well, but I was in the Hudson area so I figured I'd hit that one. The draft & bottle/can selection wasn't anything crazy, but I was able to grab a couple favorites & found a new beer I hadn't tried. They had LUNCH from Maine Beer Company & the IPA from Stoneface Brewing Company as far a craft beer goes along with a bunch of the usual domestic suspects & more. Let's talk about the beers I scooped before we get into the food. 🍻🍻🔥☘

I grabbed a nice big 32oz mug of the BELGIAN WHITE from Blue Moon Brewing Company to start the visit, it was super cold & crisp just how you want it served in a chilled glass when you get that much beer. My second beer was the IPA from Stoneface Brewing Co., one of my favorite New England IPA staples & one of the beers that made me want to discover more craft beers & helped spark my journey. My last beer was a bottle of the VICTORIA Vienna Lager, a beer I had never had before, it was a average lager, nothing amazing, but I was just happy to try something new. 🍻🍻🍺🍺🤘

The nachos I got were good, but nothing mind blowing. Everything was fine for a nacho & the price was on point, I just prefer a layered nacho with cheese & toppings on as many chips as possible. This is usually achieved by putting two trays in the oven & then stacking them on top of each other making sure all the cheese is melted properly & all the toppings are evenly cooked perfectly. My burrito was on point & for just over ten bucks I have no complaints, I left full & fulfilled between the beer & food for around $47 including a 20% tip. This place seemed to have a ton of take out going on with a long line at the counter, but I of course, went straight to the bar to seat. 🍻🍺🔥☘🌯✌♥️🍺

Similar to other La Carreta restaurants but there is something unique about the interior that I cannot put my finger 🤘 on. I liked the setup and it caught my attention right away.
Very friendly service! I was given the La Carreta complimentary chips and salsa immediately.
I ordered Special Lunch # 8, burrito 🌯 with a tostada and Mexican rice 🌾. It was good 👍 and I was surprised 😯 that I was able to finish such a lot of food! The same with Special Lunch #5 and #9! #9! #9!#9! Hey! Shut off the Sgt. Pepper 🫑 album, please! Thanks!

If it had been warm and had a little bit more ranch on it it would of been really good. Chips and queso were good. “Without a doubt the best and most authentic Spanish food in the city in my opinion and that of my wife and mother in law, who are both of Spanish decent. The chicharons are melt in your mouth delicious and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Everything we've ordered, both times we've gone, has been delicious. The only thing that wasn't 5 star was the rice and beans. Not bad, mind you, but not at the level of everything else. Having said that, I ate them all, lol, just added a little seasoning at home.
