“We moved to NH from Philadelphia 15 years ago. Philly is a great town for food (that’s probably the only thing it’s great for) and while we love most things about NH, the choices for dinning out are definitely not one of those things. Cotton breaks that mold and would stand up to the best of what Philly has to offer. Food, service, and drinks were all top notch!“

We tried the new item on the menu- the saucy chicken/nuggets. The BBQ sauce was SO GOOD. It was smokey and packed a lot of heat ! Yummy !

I was not a fan of the hot honey, it tasted like someone sprinkled cayenne pepper on a boat load of overly sweetened honey and then poured it on chicken. If that's your thing you will LOVE it. It just wasn't mine.“

“The food was great but the girl who took the order and gave the food not so much. I did take out because I didn't have much time. We asked for extra sour cream with our order because their small is big and 2 meals. I even offered to pay extra and she said it was free. I got there and double checked to see if she put extra in. She lied and said she did. When I got home none had extra sour cream. Not to mention she was not very polite and clearly had no customer service skills. If it wasn't for the service I would have given it a 5 star. This is the first time I walked out not leaving a tip and it was because of the attitude I got.

I changed it to a 5 star. They reached out and apologized for the experience. That is the type of service I'm used to from Mr. Macs. People that care about their customers and who are polite. Hopefully our next experience is as good as we are used to having from them.“

“Everything is absolutely delicious, fresh, and served piping hot! They were able to help my husband enjoy multiple dishes without any heat, as he is extremely sensitive. On the flip-side, whenever I ask for my dishes to be "extra extra spicy", they are never afraid to serve it up! Lots of fresh ingredients, the herbs and spices, and such fast service. We are so relaxed when we dined there tonight. The server gave us a nice little gift, which we were very touched by his kindness. We are definitely coming back to try other dishes, including more momos!!!“

“We came to town on business and found ourselves hungry and no idea where to go. The great reviews led us to East Side Grill and we were so happy we did. The food was fresh and tasty. Ample in size and made just right. The staff not only is friendly, they made us feel like they were genuinely happy to serve us. They will be our first stop next time we are in town.“

“Well, I had the best chicken Queso Dias, made by an amazing up and coming star Amy (on the name tag) and the burger and fries were cooked to perfection by a "short" order cook Kaityn a young woman who is "growing." and rising star. or should I say trying to reach for them. and her amazing young assistant Chris who is going to be a great sous chef one day. It is a college Dining Hall, but any one can go and eat there, they do not accept cash though so bring you card.“

“My boyfriend and i ordered dinner through GrubHub from the Pint Publik House. The meal was delivered still piping hot. Each dish was fantastic. The chicken tenders were juicy and very flavorful. My boyfriend loved the curried goat! Highly recommend this dish. Very tender and full of flavor. We also ordered jerk pork and if we closed our eyes you would have sworn we were actually in Jamaica. All the sides were really good from the ceasar salad, rice and peas to the sweet potato fries. The restaurant manager took the time to call us and let us know that the food container tops might be loose. He went above and beyond to make sure we were aware as we opened the containers. We look forward to ordering again!“

We chose the 3dz cupcakes, of which we had three flavors with 3 different icings. The cupcakes were so moist. The designs were exactly how we thought in our minds.“

“I organized a football team event for 50 held at the Boneyard (their function place), and everything could not have been more perfect. We upgraded to include the ribs which was such a good idea. The reports from the team were all positive, it blew away the Italian meal from the prior year. There was plenty of leftover food which the athletes were so excited to take home. 5 stars. “Fantastic selection of beer. Love that they have tons of Sours to choose from when most places have none. Cocktails are decent for the price point. Food is also decent, especially for bar food.

They have both a downstairs section for events and a small upstairs bar for comedy nights. They have a super small stage for bands and often have live music. Outdoor seating during the warm seasons and a backroom with a pool table and foosball, as well as indoor dining seating separate from the bar area. It's set back far enough away from Elm street that you don't have to worry about people harassing you for money or cigarettes either, which is always nice to avoid.

Service can either be fantastic or alright depending on when you go and who you get. Prices are fair too and they always run daily specials every week. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you're passing by.“

“Food is great. But, I had another experience, that I want talk about - I was there recently and apparently dropped some money on the floor as I was leaving. To me - it was a substantial amount. Another customer found it and turned the whole amount in to staff. We called the next day and told the staff what happened and the exact amount. They had been holding it for us. Staff was kind and great when we went back. So - not only do they have great food - but their customers and staff rae top-notch - kind, fair and charitable.“

“I was in the area and there was the Really Big Meal Deal that I took advantage of. The Big Cluckin' Crispy Chicken 🐔 Sandwich 🥪 was good but fell apart while I was eating. I had unsweetened iced tea for my drink.
Service was great and the inside looks good 👍. The bathroom was in good shape. I was underneath a speaker 🔊 but the music was not loud.
If you like Applebee's, I recommend this one!

Fast, friendly and quality service and good food (unlike some of the other places that keep opening and then closing on or around Elm St. or in the Mills. This place is a semi-hidden gem, a landmark in Manchester everyone should remember when their belly 'speaks' to them. We get breakfast and lunch about 3-4 times per week. No other place is better or even close, not even A-to-Z well-known chain places...
Omelettes are unmatched, lunch sandwiches are of a consistent deliciousness. We never had a sub-par order in over 20 years... Does it not speak for itself? We highly recommend it hands down.“

“We were seated rather quickly for our party of 5. We were not immediately greeted/waited on but it wasnt a long time. I will say the waitress was moving fast or something because she was a little aggressive putting items on the table...she was nice but I had to laugh at how she would put down or move items out of the way. My sister and I got the lemon chicken and it was sooo good! The rest of my family got steaks and they enjoyed as well! I got the cheesecake to go and that thing was big and dense! It was delicious 😋

“Hello my Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair friends and welcome to another restaurant review… this time for Billy's Sportsbar & Grill for lunch in Manchester, NH Let me just start by saying—if you roll into Billy’s hungry, you’re gonna roll out full and happy. This place knows how to feed a guy who’s been craving big flavor and good vibes. Let’s talk food (aka the whole reason we’re here): I ordered The Ryan Griffin Burger.. Yep, you read that right. Named after the legend himself—this thing is a heavy-hitter. We’re talking a perfectly grilled burger, thick and juicy, piled high with bacon, cheddar, sautéed onions, and Billy’s signature sauce. Comes with onion rings, crispy on the outside, soft in the middle—just like a love song. It’s messy in the best way. This burger means it. My friend Anna Costa-Turner ordered the Billy’s ½ lb. Steak and Cheese.. Shaved steak loaded into a fresh sub roll with melty provolone and a generous drizzle of Billy’s house steak sauce. It’s one of those sandwiches where the juices start soaking the paper wrap before you even pick it up. Comes with a mountain of fries that almost need their own zip code. Now, for the best part of the whole lunch, Me and Anna ordered the Naughty Nurses Cookie Skillet to share as a sweet treat, Okay, dessert-lovers: brace yourselves. Fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie served warm in a mini skillet, topped with melty vanilla ice cream and drizzled with fudge. Every bite is gooey, sweet, and outrageously indulgent. You’ll be spoon-dueling your crew for the last scoop. The accessibility is easily a big win here. There’s a wheelchair-accessible parking spot near the front entrance, and the ramp up to the door is smooth. Inside, the layout is surprisingly open for a busy sports bar. Tables are spaced well enough that you’re not squeezing between chairs or jukebox wires. Once inside, Billy’s hits that sweet spot between classic sports bar and family-friendly hangout. The TVs are everywhere (like, everywhere), which means you’re not missing a single pitch, play, or slap shot (yes, even the bathrooms!🤣). The lighting is cozy but not dark, and the crowd is a mix of regulars and out-of-towners. Music plays low enough that you can still have a convo without shouting. Good energy all around. As far as service goes, pretty top-notch. Our server was fast, friendly, double-checked my access needs without making it awkward, and made sure everything came out hot. Always nice when staff treat you like a person, not a checklist. For the portions? Fair game. The Ryan Griffin Burger comes in under $15, the steak and cheese is right in that ballpark too, and the cookie skillet is big enough to share for under $10. You get what you pay for—and in this case, that means a lot of flavor and no regrets. Billy’s Sports Bar & Grill has been Wheelchair-tested and Belly-approved.. “I want to give a very special thank you to Edgar who made my Granddaughter Emily very happy today. The back story was that when she first heard that the restaurant was closed she was heartbroken and didn't think it was fair that someone decided to close it (she was 5). She asked me to send text messages and an email to tell the person that closed her favorite place that they should reopen because she wanted to go there for her 6th birthday. She didn't know they reopened until today. With Edgar's help we surprised her and told her because of her messages and emails the restaurant re opened. He met her at the front counter and thanked her for helping to get the place reopened. She was so excited and happy. Her smile melted my heart. Thank you Edgar for making a little girl feel like someone was listening to her and it made a difference even if we exaggerated the facts a bit. You made her day!“

“I’ve been to Bonfire before with friends and it was a great atmosphere! If you’re looking for a fun night out, it’s a great bar would recommend them. However, I tried contacting them at least 4 times to book a private event and never got a reply. Really disappointing because they were our first choice. So if you’re looking to host a function I hope you have better luck than I did.“
