“Typically friendly service but there’s a decent amount of turnover in a short amount of time. My orders are always accurate at this location so I appreciate that.
Sadly, this location needs a good cleaning. The windows look like milk has been spilled on them. It’s been that way for a long time. There is a huge difference between the this locations cleanliness and the 3 other locations in Merrimack. As it’s a food establishment, it’s a turnoff as you are entering.“
“Went in with my 3 year old and she was sad there were no pink sprinkles left so we got a different one, we sat down to eat and the nice guy working went out back and got one of the pink fresh ones and brought it to her. So nice. Very friendly.“
“I absolutely LOVE the drive thru staff!! I am one picky mofo!! Med black iced mocha mocha under the ice not shaken or stirred with a tall straw. I've been going for a year now and by far this is the best Dunks EVER!! Only twice they got it wrong and they were happy to make another. “Who hasn’t been to Dunkin’? Many of us have been to several locations for Dunkin’. This review is for the Dunkin’ at 725 Milford Rd., Merrimack, NH (03054). There is plenty of parking available at this location.
What I like about this Dunkin’ is it’s in a convenient location, and each time I have visited this location, the inside of the business has been clean, well-lit, with plenty of room to sit down. (Even the restroom was well-lit, and clean.)
Today, my husband and I were waited on by Amelia, who was super attentive, and efficient when taking our order, and then getting the food for us. The order of egg and cheese on a croissant, plus a coffee roll, and coffee, only took around three minutes. The food was prepared well and tasted great. (We have also gone through the drive-up many times and not experienced any problem receiving our order.)
The employees at this location are friendly and do their job well. If you are in the area, drop in for a cup of coffee, or anything else on the menu.“
