Ansanm Reviews
Awesome place! And thankful to have so many yummy vegetarian options! 😊 The atmosphere is fun & laid back. Highly recommend!
Wow, everything was great. If you like Haitian food, you've got to go here. If you've never had Haitian food, you've got to go here. I had the griot, mushroom pate, beef pate, soup joumou, pikliz, and the jerk cauliflower special. It was clearly all prepared with concentration on fine ingredients and proper processes. It is easy to tell when food is made with great care, and that is what they're doing at Ansanm.
Ansanm is a hidden treasure in the area, serving delicious Haitian-inspired dishes with a Caribbean twist. The menu includes a variety of options such as brioche, chicken croquettes, cheese plates, risotto, and lull chicken. The food is freshly prepared and served in generous portions. The atmosphere is similar to Greenleaf but with a Caribbean vibe. The staff is attentive, with servers like Jacob offering great recommendations. Recent visitors enjoyed the flavorful legume sandwich and plantain appetizer, while others praised the cocktails like Nutty Professor, and dishes such as Corn Bread & Chicken Croquette and Sweet Potato ChickPea Curry. Customers also appreciated the friendly service and look forward to future pop-ups, despite the upcoming closure of this location.
