Today I went though the drive-thru to order coffee and some hash browns and the girl taking the order was so rude, she has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be working there if she can’t be nice to customers, in my opinion she should be FIRED !! We left without ordering anything. I was a regular customer at this DD for years after what happened today now I will no longer be !!
With only 4 cars in front of me it still took 15 minutes to make it to the window.
What’s up with this becoming the slowest Dunkins.
One of the best I've been to. Everyone was polite and courteous. Service was fast. Everything made right. People behind the counter actually seemed like they wanted to be there... unlike some DD I've been to...

Dunkin' is a typical fast-food chain with average quality. The location is good, but lacks outlets for laptop use. Staff is kind and considerate, even when out of items. Coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches are alright, but some menu items are unclear (like the sourdough sandwich). Prices can be high. Despite this, the location is a convenient spot.
