This was our first visit, and as people who travel all over trying different hot dog spots (and tend to be tough critics), we were beyond impressed! The hot dogs themselves were absolutely delicious, with incredible flavor. The homemade buns were perfectly done — soft, fresh, and the perfect complement to the sausage. The toppings selection was fantastic, making it easy to create the perfect dog. On top of that, the service was outstanding. The woman working was so kind...
The homemade hotdog bun makes all the difference. They toasted up with some butter on the griddle while making your hotdog. I tried the piccalilli which is a special they have right now. It’s a green tomato relish will definitely come back for more!
I've driven by this place for 25 years and never stopped in. I don't know why I hadn't. Today, we took my nephew to see Santa next door and decided to grab a hot dog. It may be the best hot dog I've ever eaten. The homemade toasted roll made it so delicious. They are closing soon for the season but I'll definitely be back next year!!!!
