“Porter’s is under new ownership, so be sure to give it a fresh new try! We went on a Tuesday evening, about 1 week into their reopening. The restaurant was busy, and the atmosphere was approachable. We happened to be there on Karaoke night (whoops!) which made conversation a little distracting with all the entertainment. Everyone was having a good time, service was prompt and friendly, food was fresh and we had a great time! I recommend going if you’d like good pub fare. The menu had plenty of options without being overwhelming or limited. I thought the portions were generous for the price. Worth a visit!“

“Gary's witty humor and stories from the good old days, the pellet stove running, classic rock playing on the jukebox and cheap drinks... a New Hampshire throwback. Nice to step back in time for just a moment, keep your phone in the car and trade some jokes. Newsflash - Milton isn't Newburyport or Portsmouth... if you are expecting luxury and to be coddled, this is the wrong place for you. Entitled people of this day and age that love to find reasons to be offended will probably find a trivial reason to be perturbed. Everyone else... well this is your refuge, free of insufferable entitled people that often make bars/restaurants of the seacoast and MA devoid of fun and the ability to relax.“
