not just poor customer service but so rude and even comprehension and listening skills is bad too. we are here just now and i am hoping the management will somehow check on their staff. so disappointing. don’t even deserve a single star

I have a been trying to reach a manager due to an incident that have happened on January 2, 2021 with my son.
I had no idea that there was an almond flour blend used to make pretzels. I ordered him pretzels and cheese and we went to sit down and eat our little snack. Within seconds, he started to break out in hives.
