“A very pleasant choice for simple breakfast. Family run diner with lots of charm and personality. We had the pancakes and the Korean bbq Benedict. I wouldn’t have thought bulgolgi beef would go well with hollandaise - but I was wrong. Not fancy, but plenty friendly and worth the visit for breakfast!“

“A rare gem. Huge portions. The freshest of ingredients. Yes, they offer a Vegan special. Even better, the taste, very special. Within ten minutes, we had 4 different people check on how we were doing. We were in a rush to make the theater. They handled that very well too. A truly special place. “Went to a Christmas party here, it's beautiful. The staff is very nice and the food was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, my only complaint, we were supposed to have dinner starting at 7, it was 830 before the salad came out and a little after 9 when dinner came.“

“Local’s has become one of my favorite places to eat on the seacoast! Wings are amazing, drinks are excellent, beer is cold and the pizza is out of this world. Don’t sleep on the salad because they have some real gems. Philly egg rolls are my favorite app too. The best quality is how friendly they are and it truly is a local vibe. I had my mother’s mercy meal there and everything was done with care and to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate her life. “The staff are very accommodating, the food is delicious, the vibe is like Key West, everything is kept clean and orderly, they have a store called "Provisions" with everything you need, an ice cream shop, and the view is the best in the seacoast ! Plus, the water taxi comes and goes frequently !“

“They do fried foods really well. We had the fried pickles, and they were sooo good! The onion rings were also wonderful. The burger was good, but not quite cooked enough. The older staff was fine, but not friendly. Tom is a shining star server- smiling, quick jokes, and just a great attitude. Strong drinks, large bar area, and a room with pool.“

“Came here for dinner on a rainy evening. The four of us were seated and looked over the wine menu. Finding a nice white, the waiter mentioned it might not be that cold, so we picked another and was told all the wine was stored in the same area so that, too, may be at room temperature. A typical restaurant, I might let that slide, but the Trumpet has an extensive wine list with premium prices. That needs to be figure out. After that, smooth sailing! We split plates and sampled many items which were great. Loved the Cauliflower and both desserts were fantastic. Our server tonight was Genesis M, and other than a poor wine explanation, did a fine job. Food here earned the right for us to come back again. But, I think we'll have coffee!“

“Great service, we were met with a smile at the door. Had a fabulous meal! One of our party has to eat gluten free due to her food allergy. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. Not only did I feel safe about no cross contamination, the gluten free food was fantastic! We had Appetizers, entrée and dessert. (The Gluten free Beignets were out of this world) Please make them a permanent item on the menu! Good portions, even left with boxes of leftovers. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back! “First off, my family loves the food here. Everything we’ve tried is good. Never had an issue until tonight.. kitchen forgot to put the chicken in our dish. They realized it and called me. I told them it was no big deal and my husband went back to grab the chicken. The staff was so apologetic, gave him the chicken and a gift card for a future meal when I hadn’t asked for anything. Just solidified that we will keep coming back. Stuff happens, but they went above and beyond to fix it. Thanks!“

“We came to the restaurant after our elopement. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. My children are extremely picky eaters and they each found something they loved. My 14-year-old said the wagyu beef meatballs were the best thing she's ever had. All of the food was absolutely delicious! We couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you to all the staff for such an exceptional experience on such a special day.“
