I recently tried Crumbl Cookies, and they were really good! The cookies were soft, thick, and full of flavor. I made the mistake of ordering a gift delivery today and a complete nightmare ensued. I immediately called the store to make sure the delivery will be made the following day, but to no avail. I was told that I had to cancel the order through DoorDash which I did but since I had already paid, I am disappointed that a refund takes 10-12 days.
I'm finished ordering gifts with this company and will never be doing business again! Terrible experience!!!

Very cute place! Priced a bit high.
Service was good they kept the box open and asked if we like the way it looked and if the order was correct.
