Some are very good, some just mediocre. Sorry, Crumbl is very overhyped and overpriced too. Yes, the ones with toppings and extras are ok to be priced at $5 although that’s steep for a cookie. But those plain ones with nothing on it, $5??? Come on, rip off!
We really liked Crumbl Cookies in Portsmouth, NH. The cookies were fresh out of the oven, small, cute, and absolutely delicious. On the other hand, the service is almost non-existent: everything is done via a machine, which is an accepted choice. This may surprise you or lack human warmth, but for the rest, the experience was great. An address to try for lovers of fresh and tasty cookies!
I love the creativity in the cookie flavors while staying true to the original chocolate chip. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere just makes you smile when you walk in. The appearance, the delicious smell of cookies baking and getting to see the team in action as they prepare each order.
