“Alex at Portsmouth was a customer service rockstar! He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. I told him I wouldn't devour my entire sub in one sitting, and he asked how much I'd eat. I said half, and he cleverly put mayo and oil on just half, with extra on the side for later. Talk about a genius move to avoid a soggy sandwich! And let's talk about this beast of a gluten-free sandwich!“

I just left and I had to post this because I was so impressed with how well run this location is. I can't stress enough how clean and well run. “This was one of the best Italian sausages I've ever had. It was so good with the loads of peppers and onions on it. Absolutely delicious!

In addition, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere of the boardwalk was amazing.

BUT to be honest - The first time I had the Italian sausage, the bread tasted very store bought and cold. The second time, it was very good.

At the end of the day, I would recommend this place :) The Italian sausages are pretty big so you might have to share with others.“

“Please read to the end. We need to help Happy! Last night 7/24/21 I went into Happy’s with good intentions looking for German fries and the popular fresh lemonade. When I walked in the owner “Happy” was giving my girlfriend a hard time over getting German fries, so I said hey man be nice to your customers, my girlfriend is basically putting food on your table, but he continued being argumentative and rude and obnoxious stating “Be nice!? I am 80 something years old and I have a ton of money!” Like that’s a good excuse for a poor attitude, especially being in customer service, but guys something happened to this man that made him so angry. Something had to have happened and I want to help Happy. I have been going to his store since I was a kid and I have always loved the food. Happy’s is legendary and it’s been a staple in the Salisbury beach food scene. Guys let’s remember that everyone has a story and we all have issues. Let’s look past this behavior and listen to Happy and treat him with the love and respect that we as humans need and desire. Let’s help him bring his business back to life!! Best of luck Happy!!“

I placed an order for fried dough and I told the young man standing at the counter I had just bought fried dough across the street and I had to throw the fried dough in the trash after I took a bite. Another gentleman behind the counter heard the conversation and took $8.00 out and said, "That's not right. I will give you the fried dough for free." He said I was the 2nd person who came over to Ozzie's first fried dough disappointed after buying fried dough across the street tonight. I said I appreciated his generosity but I would pay for my fried dough and thanked him. I will tell you the fried dough at Ozzie's was a perfect ending to a beautiful summer night at Salisbury Beach.“

“I’ve been coming to Wendy’s every night after work cause I’m tired of eating food I work with but every time I go there I get cold fries which are one of my favorite foods. I’m tired of getting cold food and wish they would take pride in their work cause at my establishment cold food would be unacceptable and I would hope to be able to better my customers experience as a manager at my fast casual restaurant. I believe they should be throwing food out when shelf life is up and making new food to keep up with their quality“

Great food that was SUPER FRESH and Very TASTY coupled with a full staff who were all "Extremely Friendly"! “I couldnt believe the outside of D Street (Daniel Street Tavern) today. It has an outside seating area (very clean and welcoming) as well as a NEW Food Menu. I couldnt believe how tasty the 1/4 pound lobster roll was (came with Coleslaw, pickle and small bag of chips) for $20. The alcohol free Bloody Mary was spicy/tasty and a good addition to the role. They have many deals on alcohol but also lots of non alcohol options (pop, juices and non alcoholic beer). Place is very clean and server VIVI is on her Game!!! So much more then a Dive Bar!!!!“
