“Got out of the gym around 9:15 with plans of going home to fire up the grill - just to walk out to pouring rain. Decided I'd pop over to subway as a plan b. Chad helped me out and was very friendly, despite me walking in as he was cleaning up. Hard to find good employees, Chad seems to be one of them. Keep up the good work and friendly service.“

“GREAT niche place to get a quick, delicious bite. The vibe, aura, and cleanliness is as great as their food. I love the "Secret Sauce" which they sell in a small bottle. Curiously though, the bottles only have a label identifying it as "Secret Sauce." I'm pretty sure that that is not quite legal. To sell food products to consumers, state and federal laws require that the product be labeled with it's ingredients and if it's a commercial enterprise like a restaurant, it also needs to be independently tested for safety. Even small-time, farmers market and craft show sellers know that they have to list the ingredients. Cheese Louise's Secret Sauce not only does not list the ingredients, but it doesn't even tell you if it needs to be refrigerated! I suspect it does since it does have some mayo component to it. CL needs to fix this sooner rather than later. I love this place and would hate for them to get into trouble for this basic oversight.“

“We did pick up but the southwest bowl with chicken!!! So so good!! Had for lunch and dinner (got the large). We also got the steak southwest sub, half of it was enough for two meals too!! The staff was super nice and also had a great sense of humor.“

“DO NOT RECOMMEND (not sure why it says I do) After my last experience today. I ordered a smoke stack and specifically told the owner who was taking my order that I wanted regular Mayo and provolone cheese NO Swiss. I cannot eat swiss at all. When I arrived the young man ringing me out read back my order exactly how I ordered it so I thought I was in the clear. Got all the way back to work to find that there was Swiss cheese and no provolone. If there was no cheese I wouldn’t have cared but they placed swiss on it that has a potent flavor and smell that personally makes me want to throw up. I bit right into my sandwich and spit it out. I called them to tell them it was not correct they argued with me saying I said no such thing, only said regular Mayo. I told him I how they read it back to me AND I had the slip they wrote the order on to show them to prove it. (See attached) He then proceeded to say that they can’t keep giving me a free sandwich. Don’t get me wrong I get people complaining just to complain but the only times I have ever called was when they themselves have screwed up the order or when the lettuce was bad one day I ordered. When you consistently make the wrong order and don’t take accountability then point the finger at your loyal customer of about 3 years that’s when you lose business. I will no longer be going here. I don’t need to pay $11 for a sandwich plus tip people who can’t make a simple sandwich and be apologetic when they mess up or accuse me of always complaining like I’m trying to scam them. I understand how hard it is running a business. I also understand it’s important to have loyal customers.“

“I'm a regular. We were in there earlier and my wife wanted me to say her and I both love the guy who works there. We go most weekends and every time we walk in we get a big "How you doing today?" It's become a staple of the experience to us.
Food is always good and service is amazing.

“Classic sub shop, loved their chicken finger sub. Soft roll, portions are huge, great value tastes incredible. If you order ahead its almost never ready when they say it is and you have to wait a good while for it. But its absolutely worth it.“

“I’ve been working for companies at Pease on and off for a dozen years now and Belle Peppers has been my go-to lunch spot for just as long. In addition, my company frequently orders catering from them so I don’t think I go more than a couple of days without eating something from Belle Peppers. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a disappointing experience. It definitely gets busy around lunchtime but if you go there regularly like me you know how to get in and get out quickly. Try the spicy chicken sandwich!“
