“Dragon star has been my go to for 16 years. It's family run and is always consistent. Portions are great, not greasey, and when it was closed during covid I really missed them. The location is great, lobby is simple, and you won't regret it.“

“Some of the best Asian food I have ever had. I cannot wait to return. Staff is super friendly and food was ordered and arrived quickly, piping hot. Atmosphere is calming and definitely a great place for a meal and some conversation with friends or your SO. My fiancee and I had the steamed dumplings, which tasted amazing. I got the sweet and sour chicken which was some of the best I've ever had, and he ordered a noodle dish and sushi, which was so filling we brought home the rest and finished it the next day. Cannot wait to return!“

“My wife and I ordered from here and had it delivered to us at a place of buisness I am a truck driver I ordered the general tso my wife had the hunan chicken made exactly the way we wanted this food by far is the best we have ordered out here on the road. We eat a lot of Chinese food and have eaten it from all over the country and none of them match this place. Well done to the cooks and staff and the lady who took the order was awesome, thanks wveryone“

“After an exhilarating autumn day spent admiring the foliage at Mountain Major, our group of eight Taiwanese friends found ourselves famished and in need of respite. Fortune smiled upon us as we discovered New Happy Family Chinese restaurant at 943 Suncook Valley Hwy S, Epsom, NH 03234.
The menu boasted an array of tempting dishes, and we weren't disappointed. The Orange Chicken ($13) was a testament to authenticity, striking the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. The Mongolian Beef ($15) was a savory delight, its tender slices of beef complemented by crisp vegetables.
A standout was the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, which transported me back to the bustling street stands of my hometown. The Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection with a harmonious blend of flavors.
What impressed us most were the generous portion sizes. Each dish could easily satisfy even the heartiest appetites, making the prices incredibly reasonable. The warm ambiance and attentive service added to our overall positive experience.
New Happy Family has certainly earned a spot on our Google favorites list. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to this hidden gem whenever we find ourselves in Epsom, craving a taste of home-style Chinese cuisine.“

“So I already loved there food, I picked up tonight , the most friendly welcome I swear. Then went down to bar, and let me tell you there were only 5 people in there they have nice pool tables . But the best was the bartender greets you , big smile ,I had 2 Jameson and a coors light. She is the most professional bar tender I've seen in along time . Others should watch and learn. Hey girlie ya got my vote.“

“I have read some of the negative comments about this place but I have to say I have never had a negative experience here. I've brought my friends here several times, always dining in. The initial dining room is small but there is a much larger dining room I assume for larger parties.
We have never had a bad meal here. The food is always cooked to order with my favorite being the sesame chicken. I highly recommend this dish.
This is a small family run business. The ownership has always been friendly and though there may not always be somebody at the desk when you walk in, they are still quick to greet you when you arrive..
I highly recommend Mei's.“
