I needed to use my mobile to go app not realizing that the lobby is closed and I had to wait 25 minutes in line. My food well obviously was stone cold. There were 4 people there I could see through the drive through window. can’t the door be open for mobile orders only.? This is all very bad management and it needs to be fixed .
25 minutes from order screen to pick up window..wow.
worst Dunkin ever. they r so low is molasses you wait and drive through for at least 10 to 15 minutes doesn't matter you order to go and it's not even ready I just left dunkin' donuts and I sat and drive through for at least 10 minutes person in front of me who knows how long they were there for but when they finally came to the window to give me my coffee she's like sorry we're making a fresh pot of coffee you could have came and told me to begin with you or making a fresh pot...read full review
