I only gave service one star because it was required. Every time I come in here the workers are too busy with socializing to take my order and when they do they forget things (especially donuts and munchkins). Example: This morning my bf and I went through the drive thru and got food and munchkins, arrived at the window and the worker was having a 10 minute long conversation with a friend after giving them their drinks, and when we finally got to the window we waited about 10...read full review

Honestly there's no effort from these employees. I've gotten coffee here many time and I've noticed that there's only two works that care if the jobs done right or not. They don't listen to your order details such as how much sugar, creamer, or flavor shots you want and or what type of sugar to add.9/10 time you just get plain bitter coffee. I gave this a two star do to the two people that always get it right but for those who don't care I wish I could give them a 0 star rating....read full review
