I thought it was a little too dark inside. The bread was good but I would have preferred it was warm. The meal was excellent and the portions were large. Veal parmasean was very good.
I have been to Alexander's many times, but haven't been for probably 15 years until tonight. I am so glad we made the drive! The service was excellent! The food was just as wonderful as I remembered it. White pizza is garlicky and delicious. Eggplant parmigiana with hot sausages is the absolute best. I live in Portsmouth but it's worth the drive to Rollinsford for this Italian food.

One of our favorite places for dinner. We have been going there for years and I finally tried the shrimp parm and it was wonderful. Their eggplant is exceptional. Need reservations.
