Starbucks in Salem

“Went to grab a tea bc I was feeling under the weather. The drive thru was closed due to system being down. The kindest Starbucks employee came up to my car to let me know what was going on and when I shared I was a little sick and not dressed to go inside to get my drink she offered to go in and place my tea order inside for me! So extremely kind and caring. She really made the bummer of a closed drive thru into a great Starbucks experience. Needed to share and give her a shout out! Wish I had asked her name!“

“This was by far the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. My drinks were made quickly & were absolutely delicious! I ordered a Bacon and Gouda (highly recommend) and it came without bacon. When I brought my sandwich in, they not only made me another one but provided me with a $4 gift card towards my next purchase. All the staff were pleasant and I will definitely be coming back!
