Brown's Lobster Pound Reviews
Had a great meal today of good sized portions of steamed clams and a lovely hard shell 1.5 lb cooked perfectly and cut to allow me to remove the shell pieces without the usual nutcracker Iand pick. Everything 6was served hot and timely given we were a busload of senior citizens. 5 stars today!!

Brown's Lobster Pound offers a variety of seafood dishes, including fresh options in a seafood platter. The restaurant is known for its good-sized portions, with highlights like steamed clams, a lovely hard shell lobster boiled in seawater, and fried clams. While the fried clam batter is sweeter and heavier, the haddock, shrimp, scallops, and other seafood items have been praised for their freshness and taste. The cod is described as superbly cooked, flaky, and fresh. Brown's is cash-only, with an ATM available, and it offers a bring-your-own wine option. Located near a marsh with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset, some visitors find it pricey considering the portion size. Vegetarian options are limited.
