“My husband and I come to visit (and ATV) at least once a month. We typically stay right at the Bear. Rooms are clean and the service in the bar is spectacular. I love hand cut chicken tenders and typically have them wherever I go. I look forward to checking in every time because black bear has (in my opinion) chicken tenders that rank top 5 in the state!! NOT so this last visit (Memorial Day weekend). The chicken tenders (if you want to call them that) that I got appeared to be some sort of frozen icky over breaded chicken rib meat that would be served in a fast food restaurant. I couldn’t even eat them. Bring back the original hand breaded tenders…because a couple of my other favorite chicken tenders in the 603 are North of the 45th!!“
