We only come to this Wendy’s once or twice a season, and have had good experiences in the past. But tonight we waited 20 mins after ordering at the drive thru for our simple 4 for 4 orders (4 of them)… and when we got them finally (after asking an employee who stepped outside) the food was all cold, and the condiments we asked for and the napkins were missing.
