But, the drive thru line wrapped all around the building to the point that it looked like a circle of cars not a line. One customer came in saying they had been waiting for their order for half an hour. And it was just before 3 pm - not a meal time. KFC orders were quick but TB orders were taking a long time reportedly because the person making TB was the only one. Aren't staff crosstrained? Anyway, given the circumstances, they did as well as could be expected.“
