“My husband and I stayed at the hotel due to an extended power outage in our town. We checked into the hotel and ran into friends from our town doing the same. We met for drinks in the bar and it was fine. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning and it offered all of the basics. It was quick and hot.“
“Ava's candy corner is the best candy store in town. I would recommend going there they have everything you would need..the candy, ice cream, rolled ice cream, cotton candy, the macaroons and the freeze dried candy all of it is great. The owners are very kind and they care about there customers.“

“Once again trying out Harpoon Brewery at their Windsor location. I have have had good luck with with Harpoon in the past and this experience was no exception to this positive trend of experiences. Steve and I had their New England Pale Ale which we both really enjoyed a lot! Flavor features to find with this beer are hoppy and juicy. It is light bodied and comes across as very refreshing and is bright in color. A very pleasant drinking experience with Harpoon once again! Cheers!“
“I've been here numerous times over the years and generally liked it. However, our group was generally disappointed with our dinners and certainly didn't warrant the prices charged. The $40 filet mignon was well past the requested medium rare, pretty tough, and lacked flavor. The Thai salad ($27 I think) was mostly soggy vegetables on pasta.“
“Men at Wok is a cute little dive to pop in and grab a healthy meal! I ordered the cream cheese rangoons and vegetable dumpling appetizers. They were fresh, savory, light, and hit the spot. The staff is friendly and sweet and accurately takes your order. I can't wait to come back!“
