“This is some of the best fast food you can get, period, in New England. I've loved Amato's since I lived in Maine. The locations are a bit north of me but I had business up there. I always get a real Italian but the Italian cold cut is top notch as well. Calzones and pazo bread are great too. All this, in a gas station.“

“If you're in the area craving hand tossed NY style thin crust pizza it's def worth a visit. Ambiance is casual, typical bar/order at the counter service. But has plenty of seating and parking. I've only ordered the pizza, but it's quite good. There are sufficient veggie topping options available, albeit a little pricey (upcharge for non-dairy cheese). Offers a veggie burger, but haven't tried. Also makes calzones and strombolis so maybe can omit the ricotta? Typical limited beverage selection. Service is friendly and fast.
