We had the most amazing experience! Timothy worked so hard! He sat us, checked on us, walked my drink up to the spa all with a smile! Sasha greeted us daily with a beautiful smile and prompt attention. Madison and Emerson waited on us with attention to every detail! Such a warm friendly experience at Harvest tavern. Highly recommend!!
The service by Sheridan was excellent! However the outside dining area was not clean. There was a rude group of guests who apparently brought their takeout food and ate at one of the outdoor tables then left all of the food and containers on the table and some on the ground. Not sure how long the 6-8 containers were left there but maintenance should have removed them. It was not pleasant looking at the containers while we had lunch. Special meal for my wife's birthday was a disappointment. Service was slow - even simple requests, such as small plates for our appetizer, took a ridiculously long time. There were more staff than diners, and it still took forever. The crab fritters were terrible, and the only reaction from our server was tacit acknowlegement. The steak frites was excellent, but the overall experience was negative. You would expect better service and food from a top-shelf hotel.
