“I came to visit some friends and they said we have to go Jersey mikes because I wanted a sandwich. Omg the staff was friendly and attentive to me and my order, the young lady Shantel definitely deserves a bonus!!! She was kind, engaging, knowledgeable about her sandwich’s and the toppings and her recommendations were on point. She was engaging with her coworkers and she cleans up a lot and you can see she’s clean, and her parents raised a beautiful young lady with her mannerisms. She recommended a sandwich each to my friends and I and we all loved it!!! Can’t wait to came back and support this clean and delicious sandwiches. “Fast food reimagined! We ordered egg McMuffins and coffee for 2, and they were delivered to our table in about 5 minutes. And no pimping for tips!

Quality, as always, was good, esp. the coffee. I gave 5 stars for atmosphere too bc the background music is acceptable to enjoyable. NOT annoying as I find in most restaurants; these places have no idea how intrusive their music is, to the detriment of the dining experience.

“I placed my order through the newly downloaded Shake Shack app, opting for their famous ShackBurger, fries, and a milkshake, vanilla & chocolate shake. It should be noted that they do not offer any "value meals" as the fries come separately. Once you place your order, the app tells you exactly when to expect it. If you order via the in-store kiosk, you have the option to dine in or take out, but the app only allows takeout.

The ShackBurger was good. It came loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious sauce, all sandwiched in a potato bun. The Shack burger was odd because the meat was warm, but the bun was a little cold. I didn't care for the fries because they were not as warm as I would have liked. The star of the meal was their milkshake; it was incredibly thick, so much so that I had to grab a spoon because it was nearly impossible to drink through a straw. Rich, creamy, and indulgent, it was the perfect treat.
