I just wanted to share my experience. I go to this Burger King often I work across the street. They are always so polite and friendly which you don’t see from young kids too often anymore. I was just really impressed with my service & hope they can get some recognition for it. I visited drive thru 9/3 @ 540pm and service was particularly great. Keep up the good work

Burger King is a restaurant with varying customer experiences. The Whopper has been described as dry, while service has been evaluated as adequate but not exceptional. There have been issues with the store's maintenance, including a broken door and a welded sauce station that was not done properly. The restaurant's speed of service has also been criticized. However, the staff's attitude towards customers has been praised, particularly a employee named Joyce, who was noted for her friendliness, kindness, and excellent customer service skills. She was able to improve a customer's day with her positive attitude.
