I frequent this Dunkin and the food/drink is always inconsistent! When the young kids are there you can count on your drink being messed up. I ordered a cookie butter latte with 2 pumps of white chocolate they gave me a latte with milk and cb cf on top. When I tell them nicely that’s it’s wrong they get mad. Then I get home my bacon jam sandwich isn’t toasted at all. They gave me raw sourdough bread. I ordered this sandwich twice be4 I know how it should taste. I order this drink at least 3/4 times a week at this same Dunkin as well. Do better! Dunkin wants to have Starbucks pricing but not the quality, good service, and consistency. Will not be returning! These young kids aren’t like how we were at our first jobs. They don’t care.

I visit places several times before reviewing them. I work all over the state in NJ so I'm eating every meal wherever I am. Everytime I order a coffee drink, especially pumpin spice lattes, they are always watered down to the point I can't tell what I'm drinking. Find another coffee spot if you are in the Ocean Grove/Asbury area as this has been about the 4th time I've been to this location.

I came here just to get a cold brew, and I was standing for at least 5 minutes without no one acknowledging me or at least saying “one moment”, the girls working there lack good customer service and basic manners. Also making fun of me in Spanish as if I didn’t understand. Definitely should find different staff.

This place sucks. May 11 morning they can't make a coffee. If you guys don't want to work, ocean is near by take fresh shower come back if not don't come back to work. They can't prepare a single coffee. Shut this place. Customer service sucks employees are way way to much rude. No way next time

Staff was rude. Restroom was out of service. Donuts were average. Not what one expects from a Dunkin’s. Looked like a new store but not cleaned or maintained. Took 10 minutes to get one cup of coffee with only one person ahead of us.

You spend all this money for the dunkin' wicked latte cup and when you go into dunkin' they don't want to fill it but they do not say that when you buying the cup that they will not fill it All the other dunkin' will do it except this one so far
One bathroom out of service, second bathroom dirty as hell, unbelievable conditions, I did not use it inform manager but they did not care ! Keep in mind that workers use same bathroom and than they serve customers food !!!!!
