We came for Mother’s Day, with reservations and were a little disappointed they didn’t have a special Mother’s Day brunch menu like they had for previous years. We ordered the fish special they had that day, the fried artichoke hearts, the Gorgonzola e Pere salad, Al fungi fusilli and a red pasta dish, i forget the name. Things came out quickly and the service was friendly.

Food was fresh and absolutely amazing and the service was on point. Dil recommended the charcuterie board to start and that man did not steer wrong. The olive spread was excellent, my favorite part of that board. I got the gnocchi in the truffle sauce, probably the best meal I had this year.

I hosted my daughter’s bridal shower on Saturday, 4/25/26, at Flavia's Cucina Romana in Asbury Park, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience.

The authentic Italian food was delicious and plentiful—every dish was a hit with my guests. The atmosphere is chic and modern, with an “urban Italian” feel—think modern Roman trattoria, in the heart of Asbury Park. It created the perfect setting for a beautiful and memorable celebration.
