Unfortunately I was excited to check this place out while visiting but to be honest, my experience here was terrible. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Not only did the establishment smell RANCID but the bathrooms were crawling with roaches and the bouncers were also incredibly rude. We left within 3 minutes of walking in. Not to mention the crowd here seemed rather young for an establishment that provides alcohol.

I’m incredibly sad to report I saw a VERY CLEARLY UNDERAGE CHILD in there getting felt up…no recognition of safety or policy. Bouncers were irrelevant. WOW.

Great place for so many reasons. Free pizza when you buy a drink and it's actually pretty good. Very diverse and friendly patrons. Great vibe/atmosphere, whether you're indoors or out. And since I live off the train line, I can get there and back without driving.

Went here with a large group after a wedding. I was near the end of the group and was asked for ID — completely fair. I realized I had left mine in another bag, so a friend offered to bring it from our Airbnb, which was less than a 10 min walk away. While waiting, I offered to show photos of my ID and passport, which has worked for me both locally and internationally, but the staff shared that this fancy establishment did not have scanners.

While I waited outside with my partner and his uncle, I had a pleasant conversation with the bouncer (uncle got a very cute pic of our interaction). When my ID arrived, I showed it, but the manager suddenly appeared, looked at me, and said I couldn’t come in. He claimed I seemed too intoxicated, which I disagree with, but maybe he's allowed to have his perspective. The bride came out to check on me and mentioned she wasn’t even asked for ID, nor were many others in our group.

I was the only person of color in our party and the last to enter. I can’t say for sure what the reason was, but the inconsistency and timing were hard to ignore. I respect every establishment’s right to enforce policies for safety and fairness, but that didn’t seem to be what was happening here.

In short, this might not be the most welcoming environment for everyone — and that’s disappointing. Shoutout to my friends who noticed what was happening and chose to leave with me.

Was here with my family following a celebration and my girlfriend was suddenly kicked out by the staff with no provocation. Staff was rude and disrespectful to her and my family when asking for an explanation, which was not given

Happy Halloween everyone today was walk of the zombie, that started on Asbury boardwalk and end up at Johnny Mac , who've I been there and never experienced what o did today, me and my significant other where have a couple of drink after the walk when one of the bar tender which was annoying by a horn that was part of my costume and I was kicked out like I started a fight at this location. The gentleman was a naturally redhead. Bartender not being racist just don't know his name. All the security staff was really unprofessional when approach me without me putting my hands on them. They were quick to grab my hands like they were professional security. Thank too the ‍ ‍community Asbury has came a long way even though you guys been there for year doesn't mean bad management should take advantage of the power .Thanks once again ‍ ‍. I will never stop here again

I went here for a part of a birthday celebration, to start the day. Once we got there we got the first round of drinks and we got a red ticket to get free pizzas as part of their promotion. I went to the back kitchen bar area to redeem my free pizza and there was no one back there so I peeked into the kitchen to find someone and a mouse ran across the floor. I went back to the front bar area told my two friends and we left immediately. Please be careful I know that cities tend to have rat problems but they have to be held accountable if they sell any sort of food. Please get exterminators since I didn't report this to any agency.

Very easy going and safe enviroment with live bands and swift services... A fine place to connect with a multitude of people who just love to live life and have a little fun... EVERY BODY FEELS WELCOMED ONE OF THE BEST PLACE FOR NIGHT TIME ENTERTAINMENT.

They make enough money on college kids. Yet they try to charge 2$ for water & won’t serve you tap in a cup. Disrespectful and rude. Be better.

Dom is the best bartender ever! So attentive and makes the best mixed drinks!

The security guard at the gate was racist and very rude when checking our IDs. I would never recommend going there.

Free bar pizza with purchase of beer. Bar games like skee ball in the basement, and ping pong outside. A fun place to hangout and have a few drinks. Lots of space to mingle with friends and dance to music. DJ Sunday night.
