Ordered Beef in Garlic sauce with Fried rice. Garlic sauce is pure sugar. The beef - not sure what that is but it tastes as bad as it looks. Got white rice instead of Fried rice which was a god send since the only thing I could eat. Wonton soup was all salt. I have not been able to find good Chinese food in Asbury if someone has a recommendation that would be great

I've lived in Asbury Park since 2006 and have always ordered my take-out Chinese food from Gold Lee. Basic, standard fare Chinese food that they make fast, and they offer brown rice, which was a big selling point for me, a New Yorker who'd recently moved to the Shore. Friendly family operates and owns the business. I've watched their kids grow up over the years.If you're looking for higher-end Asia fusion with better ambiance, there are several of those restaurants in the area. If you're looking for quick, good Chinese food for dinner, this is the best place in town.
Delicious! I had the Steamed Dumplings and the Egg roll with a small rice. (yes they are all apps) The dumpling ga are sweet and salty and the sauce really adds to the flavor. The egg roll was a standard egg roll that most Chinese places have. Finally the rice was a good consistency and was sticky and was great with the dumplings. All in all 10-10.
