Bold Statement: Taka is the best restaurant in Monmouth county. Not the best Japanese restaurant, the best restaurant. As far as Americanized Japanese food, it is every bit as good as the best Japanese restaurants in NYC or LA (from a food perspective). It’s just such a treat. Congratulations
Overall atmosphere- Beautifully decorated , I loved the decor from the lighting to the furniture
Service - The staff was decent , we were there at a busy time so was a little slow on getting drinks at the bar but expected as a former restaurant worker.
Product - The Asian pistachio salad highly suggested
