had the beekeeper pizza and it's really out of sight. i had 2 mai tais......I make my own mai tais and these were outrageous. my husband had a draft pilsner that was really good. go here for happy hour, but order the mai tais!
It’s hard to find a spot at Talula’s. And it’s for the right reasons: the atmosphere is cool, communal, and casual. The drinks are off the beaten path, unexpected in a good way. And the pizzas are amazing and surprising. The staff is friendly and accommodating. All in all - a great place.
I was really excited to show my partner Talula's because it's top of everyone's recommendation. The pizza / entrees / drinks were really good.
But there were a couple aspects of our visit that soured the experience and it feels necessary to mention. Not in a way that I would say don't go here - it's definitely a must try! Especially for pizza. But I would be wary on the desserts, and be aware not all the drinks on the website are available...
