“I've been going to Little Lou's since they opened on day 1. I have never had a bad food from this place. Their pizza is amazing. However; this past week when I ordered, I specifically asked for extra cheese. I did not get that on my pizza. I did not have time to call the restaurant due to unforseen circumstances. I privately messaged Little Lou's on Facebook and included photos of my pizza not containing extra cheese. I paid over $15 for an extra cheese lunch pizza. Little Lou's viewed my message and did not respond. I messaged again the next day and again no response. I felt like it wasn't worth calling the restaurant after the first time I sent in a message. I am not asking for a free pizza. Just give me extra cheese on my pizza next time for free. I am disappointed in the lack of response from this establishment.“

“We recently moved to the williamstown area and had a hard time finding a pizza place until we came across Tuscan Pizza. They are fantastic and amazing customer service. We asked for paper plates the one time, the driver left without them but received a call from Tuscan apologized for this and said they sent another driver by to deliver the plates. They literally arrived minutes late almost the exact same time as the pizza. This is just a small sample of their service. Top notch and amazing pizza!“

Today I stopped by for a “to go order” of pizza, wings, cookie and a Pepsi. When I got home, I found that they accidentally gave me ranch dressing instead of my usual blue cheese for the wings. I called and explained the error and without hesitation they went above and beyond and sent someone the 2 miles to my home to deliver the blue cheese so I could fully enjoy my wings. “March 23rd I stopped in and was friendly greeted and sat down at a table. The Lovely waitress came immediately and was very helpful and attentive. I ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms and fried onions. And some wings. The wings were very good, some of the best I've had. The cheesesteak was delicious, the roll was soft and fresh also.
