We had dinner at Amada last night and service was great; the food was not so much. We tried the special burnt end pork pieces which were 2 small pieces very crisp as was the large fat on it. They were very small, crisp and very dry and tasteless. We ordered the Valenciano Paella which consisted of chicken chorizo and mussels. It was a large portion to look at but mostly rice. We came to Amada tonight last minute for dinner before dancing and we had a great experience! We started with two sweet and spicy margaritas which were very good. We ordered the Fideos (basically a goat cheese Mac’n cheese, 8/10), the Brussels sprouts (7/10), chorizo (8/10), wagyu (9.5/10), and the scallop skewers (8.75/10). Amazing meal! Delicious tapas! We had a charcuterie plate to start, followed by small plates of Chicken Skewers, Diver Scallops, Jumbo Shrimp, and House Empanadas. Dessert was a Creme Brulee with apple and cherry. Left feeling full but not overstuffed. And well worth the reasonable cost! Sorry I only added one pic, but we are the food as it came and forgot to take more pics!
