This place is it; it is actually fine dining disguised as a casual spot with excellent food, service, and a really enjoyable environment.
Considered a food snob, I must say we had a great experience in all areas. I plan to return.
Casino restaurants can be hit or miss. This place is all “hit”. The Tuscan wings are maybe the best wings I’ve had in the last five years. Sushi is delicious. The Chicken Milanese is a work of art. The truffle fries? Oh boy. Sit at the bar, Start at happy hour. Try the red sangria. The bar was crowded when we arrived. The bartender made sure we got seats and got out initial order in before HH was over. LaScalas knows what they are doing. Go.

LaScala’s FIRE is a restaurant inside a resort casino that many reviewers describe as a hidden gem and a place that is all “hit.” The Tuscan wings are called maybe the best wings in the last five years, and the sushi is delicious. The Chicken Milanese is a work of art, the truffle fries are memorable, and the pizza, wings, and Philly egg roll are all really good. Guests also mention the chopped salad, lasagna soup, mussels, a spicy tuna sushi roll, the shrimp pompeii, seafood fra diavolo, chicken parm, eggplant parm, and the short rib panini. Portions are very generous, prices could not be beat, and everyone had leftovers. The atmosphere and the servers are top-tier, and the bartender made sure guests got seats and got their initial order in before happy hour was over. The red sangria is recommended, and sitting at the bar and starting at happy hour is suggested. A few reviewers note the food was a bit salty, some mussels did not open, complimentary bread came only after asking, and service could have been a little more attentive, though nothing was really bad. A manager was friendly and welcoming. Reviewers recommend making a reservation for dinner and say they cannot wait to come back.
