We had a large party as we were in town for a soccer tournament and the staff did a good job handling our large party and making it an enjoyable evening. My only critique is that they don't let you split the check or order separately by family so it adds some time and confusion when it comes time to pay.

This was our first time here and I choose due to the many pics on line and I LOVE SWEETS!! LET'S JUST SAY it did not disappoint. The place is so charming and the dessert menu was huge. My husband and I landed up splitting a huge 4 scoop ice cream with everything on it and it was even too big for us to finish. Our waitress was as cute as a button and so nice and welcoming. She knew it was our first time, so she took the time to go over her recommendations. We will be bringing...

🎉 Birthday vibes on 10! Booked Sugar Factory last minute for my daughter's birthday, they made it unforgettable! The atmosphere was energetic, the food was delicious, and the staff sang happy birthday with a full celebration. We ordered the Birthday Sundae Tree (smoke and all!) — it was HUGE, came with cupcakes and candy, and we even picked a song from the list for them to play. Such a fun, over-the-top experience — definitely bring more than 2 people to enjoy it all!...
