I was under the impression this was a place you could bring a kid and have a good time for her birthday. I reserved a table with it noting it was a birthday and I also told the waiter who could not have a care any less. He said he would bring her a cupcake at the end and he never did. The music outside was loud and truly just not what I was expecting.

It was overall ok. The food quality was mediocre, certainly not as presented in the photos. The flower wall was missing several flowers, it couldn't be used as a backdrop unless I wanted photos of holes. Our service was attentive, but the quality of the food was disappointing

We always have such a great experience at Sugar factory. The music was a little loud like a nightclub. But when the table near us requested them to turn it down, they did the service was amazing and friendly. The food is always good and the presentation is over and beyond expectation. The kids had a great time.
