We always have such a great experience at Sugar factory. The music was a little loud like a nightclub. But when the table near us requested them to turn it down, they did the service was amazing and friendly. The food is always good and the presentation is over and beyond expectation. The kids had a great time.

Food and service were great! Our table location was right at the entrance and there were people coming and going constantly. So that took away from the ambiance but overall we LOVE it here and the food and drinks are top notch!

Was a regular at Sugar Factory pre covid. First time being back since and the food was amazing. Usually I dont really care for the food just the drinks but this time around everything was great. Definitely recommend.
