“I love everything about this place. I started coming here looking for a quick place for lunch close to my job. They have the freshest shrimp rolls with the freshest seafood I’ve ever had? I’m completely addicted. I took my co-workers there for lunch and they all were completely happy with their order. I come here often, and my coworkers said they’re definitely returning also. “WOAH, I bit into heaven eating the seafood cheesesteak. Every layer of the sandwich was seasoned so well and made the entire sandwich come together perfectly. This is the best seafood sandwich I’ve ever had I’ve traveled the world. The team were also so friendly and gave us a nice side of fries with our meal. We also had the seafood egg rolls which were also very delicious, crispy, generous and flavorful. The two sauces were yummy too. Highly recommend this place!!“

“My husband loves this chain from his time working in Marlton. We were in Voorhees running errands, and decided to stop into this location. It's slightly more spacious than Marlton which is nice. The service was quick and efficient. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was delicious. Fresh and lots of chicken. It came with two little bread sticks and vodka sauce which was phenomenal. My husband got a cheesteak and cheese fries which he loved. He said the leftovers were still just as tasty the next day. Will definitely return!“

“I have lived in South Jersey for many many years. And while there is a general bias of Philly cheesesteaks over those made in New Jersey, I can tell you that is a misguided narrative. I consider myself to be a little bit of a cheesesteak enthusiast. (Expert is unfair to say) I travel into Philadelphia frequently for work and because my girlfriend lives there an I can say with that reservation that Dar’s Steaks are every bit as good as anything Philly or Jersey has to offer, including Angello and Donkey’s Place. For starters, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The Steaks? They are without peer. I have tried a few different versions: with fried onions and sharp provolone, with fried onions and Cooper sharp; both are amazing in my opinion. I would recommend anyone who is a cheesesteak aficionado to check them out at least once and judge yourself.“

“New to Philly. Been trying all the famous places and this is easily top 3. As rookies to the area I feel like there is usually a quantity or quality recommendation. This is definately a QUALITY recommendation, with also being large, tasty, messy, fresh bread. Grilled Onion and Whiz was AMAZING! Mushroom was great too.

(Also great for leftovers)

A bit disappointed at the service. Guy taking orders was crabby and couldn’t recommend anything. I asked what is their most famous cheesesteak to try. He said "I don't know we don't give recommendations". So I ordered mine and wife's and then said my kids like spicy and what is the spiciest pepper they have? The guy said “I don’t know, peppers are peppers”. With only 2 or 3 people in line it seemed rushed for no reason.

If you’re okay with rushed service and no brotherly love, this is a must try cheesesteak. Even with the unfriendly service, I would still recommend this is you want a great cheesesteak.“

“I’m from Philly and have lived here my whole life but I recently moved to the old city area and these are the absolute best cheesesteaks I’ve had thus far living here. I got one with cooper and one with cheese whiz, both with onions and hot peppers. Both great but the cooper was amazing, I’m still thinking of it days later. I also got fries. This will fill you up. 2 cheesesteaks + 2 fries and spent $38 all together.“

Shout out to ALEXIS!! I had the Philly cheese steak and jerk chicken cheese fries. It was so good. The portions were a plenty. You have to go if you don't know about it. Again, shouts to Alexis. “The owner and staff greeted us with a great big smile and then we picked out what looked to be my favorite—buffalo chicken. I knew this pizza looked like it was the perfect consistency, but I wasn’t sure yet if the taste would measure up. It had the perfect amount of cheese and just the right hint of ranch sauce—oh, so good! The plain slice took me right back to my hometown pizza shop in both taste and consistency. If you insist on DiLasandro's...waiting 45 minutes and then going somewhere to eat it...I understand. “We went to South Street to have a night out and I hadn't been before. Stopped in at ishkabibbles for a cheese steak. Both hubby and I ordered chicken and we weren't disappointed. Looking at the price we were a little turned off but it's totally worth the money. The chicken is real chicken chunks. The cheese they put on it was just right. The whole thing was just right. “The classic Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich is really delicious, the texture of the meat with pieces of sweet onion accompanied by cheese sauce on a soft and spongy bread, it was truly a delight, I loved it, the delicious potatoes were shocking and just right.

“The cheesesteak is great. I have eaten a lot of cheesesteaks and I can honestly say it is definitely good quality and sizeable steak for the prices. My only complaint would be that if you are ordering for delivery don’t get any of the fried food like the mac and cheese balls, they don’t manage to stay crispy at all by the time they get to their destination. Maybe they could look into ways to keep them crispy for a longer period of time. Either way the cheesesteak is a 8.5+/10 (extremely good)“

“We spent a very enjoyable Saturday night in Bar Code for a friend's birthday. The food was fantastic - be adventurous and try the tripe and chicken gizzards, they were delicious. “I live not too far from Larry's steaks o. 9th and Girard. Im a Phillycat born and raised and I've been across country and to Alaska. This is hands down one of the best steak places to go in philly! And there are a few little hood jaws, up in the cut but good a** food. No doubt stop in and grab something in day or late night they the spot. I usually order a classic cheese steak and fries, cheese burger and fries, or a steak stromboli. Which I got a small and felt Hella greedy cause it was so fargin big! I thought they gave me a large by mistake?! The prices are higher than the poppy store of course but well worth it. Check them out asap if your down to f up some good a** food ok lates people“

“I've been going to this breakfast deli for about a month now. The food is great, customer service is great as well.The girls at the counter. They're very polite, always courteous. I haven't bought much here, to comment on any other food I'm always on the go in the morning before I go to work? I get the same breakfast Sandwich. Which is pork, bacon, egg, and cheese on wheat bread toasted and a side of bacon. The only problem I have with this store is there's no parking. I always have to park on the pavement. Luckily, I'm only there for a few minutes. I'm there in the morning during rush hour. Where you can't really stop on either side of the store.“
