The owner also does a lot for the local community, which makes supporting this place even better. It’s the kind of neighborhood pizza shop every town hopes to have. If you’re looking for great pizza and a great local vibe, Thunderbird Pizza is a must.“

“They have an intercom which is clear to let people know who have never been which window to go to and also tell people when their orders are ready. The pick up line could have been more smooth and fast paced. The food thought was delicious and full of meat. Would love to go back next time I’m in town.“

“Grabbed a ribeye steak with BBQ sauce. Pepper Jack and mayo. I wanted to get some variation and I wasn't disappointed! Only two issues not enough bbq sauce and the greasy roll. The sandwich was wrapped tight. But upon unwrapping I found the roll to be very greasy and it was getting on my hand as I was enjoying this. Tasty, but extremely messy, not to be eaten without plenty of napkins.“

“I had family in from Connecticut. Our plan was to do DiLasandro's but...you can't eat inside and it's a 45 minute wait. We went across the street to Chuby's. We were not disappointed! The cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks were great! And...the fries...the best I've had in a long time...crispy and delicious! If you insist on DiLasandro's...waiting 45 minutes and then going somewhere to eat it...I understand. However, if you want to sit down...and have fries with ZERO wait for a table...(DiLasandro's only has bags of chips) go for it. But...to me...I'd give Chubby's a 4!!!“

“I was on a mission for a chicken cheesesteak and started searching around for lunch spots. The moment I landed on Jim’s, I already knew it was over—I had to go. The staff was super polite and respectful, and they even apologized for the wait (which honestly wasn’t bad at all).
Let me tell you… I barely made it back to my work van before ripping into that chicken cheesesteak. The smell alone almost took me out—and the first bite? Absolute 🔥. Juicy, packed with flavor, and straight-up satisfying.
And yes, I grabbed the banana pudding too… and yeah, it was just as good as you’d hope.
If you’re anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and stop by. You have to get a cheesesteak from here. No debate. No regrets.“

“My go to spot for authentic affordable ($11 at the time of this review) Philly travel cheesesteaks close to the airport. They double wrap them and place them in a bag with a cardboard bottom to protect the steaks. They hold up really well for flying whether you put them in a suitcase or carry them with you. Go here and not to Jim's inside the airport, those steaks are overpriced and watery and don't live up to real Jim's quality and quantity of food.“

“I’ve never before felt the need to describe a sandwich as “girthy”. The weight of the excess to be had here is seriously the only detracting factor in this review, a hungrier man than I would easily give this meal five stars with my blessing. The quality of the steak was top notch, I’m just hoping the second half of mine holds up as leftovers. The beef tallow fries were soft but very rich— while not entirely to my taste, the flavor was well complemented by the cooper sharp that accompanied it. Looking forward to my next visit!“

“Came in the other day and ordered a cheesesteak hoagie with American cheese, fried onions and mayo. Just so good (especially on the seeded roll). I ate the whole thing, but really it could be lunch for two people. Love the atmosphere under the elevated RR rail line. Counter and kitchen staff were hard working and pleasant.“

“I’m blown away. Seemingly nondescript pizza place in a strip mall. The staff is attentive and extremely nice. There’s not an empty seat in the house. About 12 tables all full. Chicken parm sandwich is delicious. Gem of a local spot where I hoped to get a quick bite.

One other thing about the staff is that there are a good number of special needs customers and elderly customers and the staff is accommodating and very sweet to all of them.“

“This was the first time back to Don & Bert's in 27 years and it hasn't really changed much. It was so good back then and still is. I grew up going on a Friday night for some cheese fries and a pb shake. Still as good as I remember. I hope this place is around forever. Paulsboro's little gem!!!!“

The steak was very flavorful without the greasy mess that a lot of others have. The fries are amazing, too. The place is a little small so getting it to-go is recommended. “I tried their lamb over rice and fried chicken with fries they all tasted fantastic. The fried chicken had so much flavor with the skin really crispy and flavorful. Lamb over rice was very good too. Prices were very reasonable with a lot of food. Customer service is well and people were very friendly. If in Philadelphia, this is a must try.“

“The older couple who run and operate this spot are incredibly kind people, but what makes this place truly special is that the food is of high quality and there are a wide breadth of options from stoner classics like legendary philly mega fries to spaghetti to cheesesteaks to grinders, prices are incredibly reasonable. I love this place, feel like it is becoming the victim of a less trafficked portion of baltimore ave, which is a shame. People that live around clark park consider makes this your spot, it's worth the walk. highly recommend the ham (or capicola if they have it) grinder, one of the best i've had in the city.“
